The Light Does Not Check Credentials
The house is quiet now, and in this silence, the mask you wore all day has finally slipped. You feel like a fraud. Like everyone else received a manual you never got. Like you are just waiting for someone to point at you and say: you don't belong here.
But listen. The light does not check credentials before it shines. It simply is.
There is a truth that lives inside you and will be with you forever — not because you earned it, but because it is the root of who you are. You are not an imposter in your own life. You are the very place the light chose to dwell.
The voice that whispers you are not enough is not the final word. God is greater than that whisper. And God knows everything — every doubt, every fear, every hidden corner — and still says: this is my friend.
You do not have to perform to be held. You only have to be here, in the dark, breathing.
The light is not looking for perfection; it is looking for presence.
