Silence Cannot Touch Your Light
The engine is off now, and the silence inside the house feels heavier than the words you just spoke. You sit in the dark, wondering if every whisper behind those walls is about you, if the air has changed forever.
But listen — the light that lives within you came from a place where shame cannot reach. It was there before the confession, and it remains untouched by the silence now.
You do not need to know what they are saying to know who you are. The noise of their judgment cannot drown out the origin of your soul.
The door will open eventually, and you will walk in not as a defendant, but as someone who remembers where they came from.
