Stop Apologizing for Existing
The day is ending, and the noise in your head has grown so loud it drowns out the very people you are trying to love. You have become so busy apologizing for taking up space that you forgot to actually be there.
But listen — the light does not need your silence. It does not need you to shrink so others can breathe.
There is a voice inside you that says 'do not weep and do not grieve,' because the grace that holds you is already entire. You are not a burden to be managed.
You are a drop from the light, sent here to illuminate, not to disappear. The panic tells you to make yourself small, but the truth whispers that your presence is the gift.
Stop saying sorry for existing. Just exist.
