The Light Waits in the Breaking
The day is ending, and the house is finally quiet, but inside you there is a silence that feels like a wall because you cannot tell anyone that you are broken. You think you must fix yourself before you can be loved, but the light does not wait for your repair — it is already kneeling beside you in the dark.
There is a scene in the ancient texts where the Father sees a child returning from a long way off, still covered in dust, and runs to meet them before the apology is even spoken. That running love is here now, in this exhale, meeting you exactly where you are.
You do not have to carry the weight of your own judgment any longer — for God is greater than your heart, and that greater knowing does not condemn you. The breaking you feel is the very place where the light has been waiting to enter.
You are not alone in this silence — you are held in the only love that sees the break and calls it holy.
