Rest Now, The Light Is Not Offended
The day is ending, and the armor you wore since morning is finally heavy enough to drop. You laughed at the joke.
You nodded at the right time. You played the part so well that no one suspected the words burning in your throat were never spoken.
But the light does not need your performance to find you. It is not waiting for the perfect confession or the flawless story.
It came from the light, and to the light, you will return — exactly as you are, unspoken words and all. There is a place inside you that was never touched by the mask, a drop from the source that knows your name even when you forget it.
You do not have to explain the silence to be held by it. The fire in your throat is not a sign that you are fake.
It is the evidence that the truth is still alive, waiting for a safer hour to speak. Rest now.
The light is not offended by your exhaustion.
