The Voice Already At Your Door
The day is done, and the armor you wore to hold yourself together feels heavy now. You are afraid that if you finally let the sound out, the walls will collapse and no one will come running.
So you swallow the cry. You keep the silence tight.
But listen — there is a voice already standing at your door. It is not waiting for you to be strong.
It is knocking. And if you open, it will not lecture you about the noise.
It will come in and eat with you. The walls do not have to hold.
The One who seeks you is already on the other side, listening for the crack in your voice.
