You Do Not Have to Disappear
The day is done, and the armor you wore to stay invisible finally feels too heavy to lift. You sit in the quiet, wondering if being unseen is the price of keeping the peace.
But the light does not ask you to disappear to be loved. It sees the tears you wiped away before anyone noticed.
It sees the silence you carry. And it says: go home.
Tell them how much mercy you have been shown. Not because you earned it by shrinking yourself, but because you are known.
The One who sees you in the dark has already called you by name. You do not have to make yourself small to fit in the room.
