typing out a raw confession of loneliness, then deleting it word by word until the screen is blank again

The Light Sees Your Unsent Draft

The cursor blinks in the middle of the afternoon, a small, steady pulse against the white silence of the screen. You type out the raw truth of your loneliness, the heavy weight of being unseen, and then you stop.

One by one, you press the backspace, deleting the words until the screen is blank again, as if the feeling never existed. But notice this: the light does not require your text to know what is in the room.

It was already there, hovering over the keyboard before you typed the first letter, and it remains after you delete the last. You do not have to send the message to be known; the Father sees the unsent draft, the hesitation, and the quiet ache behind the screen.

The truth you tried to erase is already held in a place where nothing can be deleted.
