The Light Sees You Behind The Mask
The coffee is hot, the house is moving, and you are sitting behind a mask that feels heavier than your own skin. You carry a name for what is happening inside you that no one else knows yet, and the silence is becoming a wall.
But the light does not need you to speak the diagnosis before it can hold you. It sees the truth you are hiding, and it does not turn away.
There is light within a person of light, and it lights up the whole world—even the parts you are trying to keep in the dark. You do not have to bring forth the fear to be held by the One who already knows.
The mask is for the world; the truth is for the light, and the light is already here.
