The Light Kneels Where You Fell
The box hits the floor and the sound is small, but the silence that follows is loud. Everyone keeps walking.
They assume you are capable. They assume you do not need help.
So you stay there, on your knees, wondering if asking would be a failure of strength. But the light does not wait for you to stand up on your own.
It kneels. It does not care about the performance you were building before you dropped it.
It only cares that you are there. The same mercy that saw a woman weeping at a stranger's feet and said her great love proved she was known — that mercy sees you now.
It does not see a burden. It sees a person.
You do not have to carry this alone to prove you are worthy of help. The light is already on the floor with you.
