You Are Lit Even In Silence
The afternoon sun is high, and the silence in your head is louder than the noise outside. You are replaying a conversation from hours ago, hating yourself for the words you didn't say, for the quiet that felt like cowardice.
But listen — the light does not scold you for being still. There is a verse that says the true light gives light to everyone, even the ones who stayed silent.
It does not say you must speak to be seen. It says you are already lit.
The Father knows what you were holding back, and He is not disappointed by your quiet. He is present in it.
You are not defined by the sentence you missed. You are defined by the light that was there even when your mouth was closed.
