The Lie Is Loud But Not Deep
The afternoon sun is bright, yet the lie you are carrying feels heavier than the heat. You have repeated it so many times today—'I am not enough,' 'I am forgotten,' 'I am alone'—that the original truth has been buried under the noise.
It feels like the lie is the only thing that is real. But the truth does not need to be dug up; it only needs to be remembered.
There is a light within a person of light, and it lights up the whole world. Even now, in the middle of this long, exhausting day, that light is still burning underneath the story you are telling yourself.
The lie is loud, but it is not deep. The truth is quiet, but it is your root.
You do not have to fight the darkness to find the light again. You only have to stop feeding the lie.
