lying awake convinced that tomorrow everyone will finally say out loud what you fear they noticed today
The afternoon sun is bright, but it feels like an interrogation lamp. You are walking through the middle of the day convinced that everyone sees the crack in your mask.
You fear that by tomorrow, the silence will break and they will say out loud what you suspect they noticed today. The exhaustion of holding yourself together is a heavy weight in the middle of the routine.
But listen — the light does not expose you to shame. It exposes you to love.
There is a truth that lives inside you, and it will be with you forever, deeper than any judgment human eyes can cast. The world may look at your performance, but the light sees the child of true Humanity existing within you.
Follow that. The verdict you fear is not the final one.
The only voice that matters is already whispering your name in the noise.
