The Terror of Being Seen Is the Doorway
The afternoon sun exposes every crack in the mask you've been wearing since morning. It is exhausting to perform okayness while breaking inside, terrified that someone will finally see the real you and turn away.
But the light does not need you to be perfect to be present. It simply asks you to remain, to stay connected even when you feel like a fraud.
You are not a project to be fixed or a performance to be judged. You are a friend of the light, known completely and loved anyway.
The terror of being seen is actually the doorway to being held.
