The Light Humming Beneath Confusion
The afternoon stretches out, quiet and heavy, and you sit in the middle of it realizing you have forgotten what your own body needs. The music feels like noise.
The food tastes like ash. Even the silence feels wrong, like a held breath you cannot release.
It is a hollow panic to be so far from your own senses. But there is a light inside you that has not forgotten how to taste, or hear, or rest.
It is waiting for you to stop performing the act of living and simply be. The kingdom of God is within you, not as a distant idea, but as the very rhythm of your blood.
You do not need to figure it out today. You only need to remain.
The light is already humming beneath the confusion, ready to guide you back to what feels true.
