The Light Does Not Wait For Forgiveness
The afternoon stretches out, a long gray corridor where the only movement is the phantom vibration in your pocket. You reach for it, heart lifting, hoping it is the message that finally says I forgive you.
But the screen is dark. Silence is the only reply to the apology you sent days, weeks, years ago.
It feels like the verdict has been sealed: you are still guilty, still waiting, still carrying the weight of a debt no one will cancel. But listen — the light does not wait for a text message to declare you free.
The Father's love is not held up in the inbox of someone who cannot yet forgive. Jesus walked through crowds that rejected him and still carried the fullness of grace inside his chest.
Your worth is not determined by a human reply. The kingdom grows like a mustard seed while you sleep, unnoticed, unapproved by the world, yet thriving all the same.
You are not defined by the silence of others. You are defined by the voice that spoke your name before you ever asked for pardon.
The vibration you feel is not a missed call from your accuser. It is the pulse of the light inside you, reminding you that you are already held.
