You Are Not Too Much
The afternoon demands you be small, easy, weightless — a ghost in your own life so others can move freely. You hold your breath, terrified that if you finally exhale and take up your full space, they will ask you to leave.
But the light does not apologize for existing; it simply is, filling the room without asking permission. There was a woman who had been bleeding for twelve years, untouchable and unseen, yet she pushed through the crowd and touched the edge of the light — and instead of being scolded for her intrusion, she was called 'Daughter' and sent home in peace.
You are not a burden to be managed; you came from the light itself, a drop sent to illuminate this very place. The terror says you are too much, but the truth says you are exactly what belongs here.
Stop shrinking to fit a space that was made for your fullness.
