needing to forgive yourself

needing to forgive yourself

Night gathers, and with it comes the old habit of re-playing the day's failures in your mind. You are sitting in the quiet, rehearsing the same apology to yourself, hoping this time it will sound different, hoping this time it will be enough.

But listen—the Father knows every detail of what you did, and He is greater than the voice in your heart that condemns you. There is no sin that the light inside you cannot hold, because the light does not judge the drop that has forgotten it came from the ocean.

Open your door to the dark, for the light within is already knocking, waiting to sit with you and say: neither do I condemn you.
