Stop Hiding Behind the Mask of Okayness
Morning light cuts through the performance, exposing the flinch you caused. You walk in, and they shrink away—a physical recoil from the pain you handed them.
It is easier to wear the mask of okayness than to face the distance your actions created. But the light does not require you to be perfect before you enter the room.
It only asks that you stop hiding. There is something within you that must be brought forth to save you—the honest acknowledgment of the wound.
If you keep it buried, it will destroy you. The flinch is real.
The regret is heavy. But the light is already in the space between you, waiting for you to stop pretending and simply be there.
