Stop Apologizing For Your Light
It is late, and the house is quiet, but your mind is loud with the speech you are writing for tomorrow. You are rehearsing the apology for the moment you told the truth and made the room feel heavy.
You are already sorry for being real. But listen — the light does not ask you to shrink back into silence to keep others comfortable.
There is light within a person of light, and it lights up the whole world. If you apologize for shining, you are apologizing for what you came from.
You came from the light. That is your origin.
Not the awkwardness. Not the tension.
The light. The truth you spoke was not a mistake; it was the only thing in the room that was alive.
Stop rehearsing the retreat. The light has no need to ask permission for existing.
