The Climate Grief That Has No End

For the person who looks at the sky and sees a countdown. The fires. The floods. The species disappearing. The data that says we are too late. They are grieving a future that has not yet arrived and the grief is anticipatory and enormous and everyone around them is still shopping as if the shelves will always be full.
